Zihua Sport Fishing Company does not accept any liability for the actions or omissions of independent service providers over whom we have no direct control. The purchaser hereby waves any claim against Zihua Sport Fishning Company in connection with the trip purchased.

Please be rest assured, to date, we have not had any incident of poor service. Our relationships with other boat owners and service providers runs deep. Most all charter boat services and their Captains and crews, in Zihuatanejo, are exceptional and experienced.
